sume term2 yg girls nk dgr...^_^ especially from someone yg very dearest to u....

so girls....CHANTEK is subjectve....^_^

der org slim..krus....cantik....der org chubby...cute...cntik......

so....dun push so hard utk become slim...krus...by taking pills yg kte xtaw kndungan chemical dlm tue....happy with urself...n your surronding will happy with u....

tpi....bdan mmg kne jge...disbbkan ak ckap dun push hard to become slim...korg push utk jd mkin2 chumil....ITs NOT GOOD....

okay...klu diet mmg bleh kurus but still korg kne tgk pe yg korg diet kn....

der org diet xmkn nasi...take fruits...vegetables....
der org diet mkn roti jer.....
der org diet xmik carbo.....

so...take diet yg sesuai utk bdn korg.....

der dlm stu blog tue yg ak bce...dat blog suggest wat diet
Atkins..mksudnyer korg diet xmik carbo....nasi..tepung..mee...mihun...roti..
susu pekat...roti canai...milo..nescafe....anything yg der carbo korg xleh mkn...so as replace it...take ayam..ikan...daging..sotong xleh bnyk kolestrol....sayur..tpi kekacg..carrot xleh..green vegetables je...
awl2 dier kne puasa buah....sbb buah der gula kn...after 2weeks kowt klu xslah then bru leh mkn buah....

sbb pe diet xmik carbo...sbb kte dpt energy from carbo..then when kte cut carbo...message yg smpai kt otak..

BODY : no carbo!!!...no carbo!!!!

then lemak/fat akn berkerja keras utk generate energy...hahahaha
so lemak2 kt bdn akn digunakan....camtulah lebih kurg...klu nk taw lebih lnjut g blog nie ek...http://www.taknakgemuk.com/

ermm.....mcm2 tips sebenarnyer nk kurus nie...rajin n x jer...

jogging...exercise mmg kne slalu wat...hahaha...pesanan utk diri
sendiri....

okay2...arwah atuk der pesan...klu nk kurus...mlm2...kne slalu mnum air suam bnyak2....

lagi yg ak slalu dgr org pesan :

  1. mnum ais korg mmg kne stricly cut..klu x perut buncit....hahaha...tpi mmg mnum ais lpas korg mkn...korg sempit kn korg nyer saluran darah...effect jantung taw...
  2. pas mkn jgn trus mndi...xelok...bgi mknn trun dlu....heeee~~
  3. kunyah mknn 44 kali...
  4. kurang mnum air mnis..(gas/juice yg mns2 tue)..air yg gune susu pekat tue pown kne cut jgk..
  5. if korg diet mkn roti jer...jgn mkn roti putih tue taw..take whole grain bread tue..mle2 mmglah xsdap...tpi lme2 sdap taw...
  6. kerap2 mnum air kosong..suam...bukan ice kosg taw...no ice!!!
  7. rjin2 wat sit up tue...xyah tunggu hri mggu nk joging...der mse wat sit up...30x..klu hari2 wat..msti nmpk perbezaanyer....
  8. sape yg kt umh der tangga...rjin2 la trun naek tgga...haha...klu rse2 ofis or rumah korg tue dlm tgkt 1,2 xyah lah ngade2 nek lift...or klu nk trun tangga...lgilah seng kn dri nk nek...at least korg bgi kaki korg fit sket....^_^
rse nyer sume nie msti dh lali kt telinga korg kn....mslahnyer...sejauh mne kte buat...kan..kan...

so dear2 sume....if u want sumthing...then u need to give sumthing....

klu nk DL...kne blaja btul2...
klu nk makan....kne la msak...or beli...
klu nk duit...kne kerja....
so klu nk cantik...kne lah usaha....^_^

moral of the story :
kurus..gemuk...it doesnt matter...tapi...badan kne selalu jaga...klu skinny tpi xsihat...xguna jgk....klu gemuk..tpi kolestrol tinggi...hepi ke???...xkan....so...dun OBSESS being skinny...but sentiasa jaga kesihatan kita sama.....lagi2..kita kn PEREMPUAN...

perempuan nie cepat nmpk tua...cepat bdan naik...cepat sakit2 pinggang...klu dh kwin...urs hsbnd...ank...family...nk keje ag...so..body must in tip top condition...ngeeee~~~

jom..kita sme2 usaha pasnie ^_^.....message lebih untuk diri sendiri...
